What to do if your invoice seems incorrect:
If you’ve been charged an unexpected or incorrect amount, there are two ways to get support:

2. Self-service via the Helpling Support Portal
Prefer to handle it yourself? Our Support Portal is available 24/7. Here's how it works:
Log in to your customer account.
Click the icon with the shaking hands at the top right.
Select “Report a problem.”
Click on “Dispute an invoice.”
Choose the reason for your dispute and add any relevant details.
Once submitted, a case will automatically be created and forwarded to your self-employed cleaner for review. They can either accept or reject the dispute after reviewing the details.
Important: Issues related to vouchers or discount codes cannot be processed through this form. In those cases, please contact our support team directly – we’ll be happy to assist you personally.
What happens after you submit your dispute?
Most invoice issues are resolved within a few hours.
In rare cases, the review process may take up to 7 days.
If your dispute is rejected and you still need help, our support team is always here for you.
Please note that Helpling is not the issuer of the invoice. Invoices are issued directly by your self-employed cleaner. Helpling only facilitates the delivery of the invoice.
Can I withdraw an open Service Portal case?
At the moment, there is no option to withdraw or close an already opened case yourself in your customer profile. But don’t worry – our service team is happy to help! Simply get in touch with us and we will close the case for you.
