When will I be charged?

After the service provider has completed the appointment, they can confirm the appointment via their profile and issue an invoice to you. At this point, the payment will automatically be debited from the payment method stored in your customer account. This usually happens shortly after the appointment.

You have the possibility to assign the debit to the invoice. Typically, you will find an order ID that begins with β€œDE-” and contains a number in the reason for the debit. This order ID is also stated on your invoice so that you can easily assign the debit to the corresponding order and appointment.
