Helpling’s Community Guidelines explain the basic rules for using the platform in a safe, respectful, and trustworthy way — for both customers and service providers. They outline what we expect regarding reliability (punctuality, cancellations, no-shows), appropriate communication, safety, respectful behaviour, and paying/booking via Helpling.
Helpling may suspend or deactivate accounts if these rules (or the Terms & Conditions) are repeatedly violated.
