Yes. Service Providers are allowed to accept tips from customers — no problem at all.
You do not need to report tips to us, and there are no special steps required.

Please make sure it’s really a tip

Sometimes customers confuse tips with paying for the appointment, or they want to use vouchers/discounts they received through the platform.

To avoid misunderstandings (and possible account restrictions), please double-check when the amount seems unusual.

Our recommendation:
If the customer offers more than €10, simply ask:

“Is this meant as a tip, or are you trying to pay for the appointment?”

If the customer wants to pay for the appointment

Cash payments for the appointment should not be accepted.
Please refer the customer to the platform, where payment details/bank information are stored and the invoice can be processed correctly.

✅Tips can be accepted anytime
✅No need to inform us

⚠️ If the amount is unusual (especially over €10), confirm it’s a tip

❌ Appointment payments must go through the platform (no cash), to ensure proper invoicingTips can be accepted anytime
