Many factors can play a role in a price increase. Tests have shown: customers often associate a higher price with improved cleaning quality, punctuality or reliability. If you want to increase your price, the following questions can help you:
how many reviews have I already collected on the Helpling platform?
do I also accept cleaning offers on weekends or at special times (early mornings/late evenings)?
are longer journeys no problem for me?
In the end, however, you decide for yourself whether you want to increase your prices or not.
How often can I change my hourly rate?
You can change or adjust your price at any time.
Your newly set price only applies to new customers who want to book a one-off or regular cleaning. You want a higher hourly rate for your existing customers and have already discussed this with your customer? Simply submit a price adjustment request to your customer via your account. To do this, go to "More" and "Manage my customers and prices". To change your price with a customer, simply klick on their name.
Please note: You can only make a price change for existing customers after the third appointment. If you want to change your price before the third appointment, we need written confirmation from your customer. Ideally, they can also contact us themselves.
