What is a Referral Bonus?
A referral bonus is a reward for recommending our platform to other service providers. Every service provider has a unique referral link within their user account that allows other service providers to register on the Helpling platform. By using this link, you can earn a bonus for every successful recommendation.
How Often Can I Recommend a Service Provider to Helpling?
You can earn the referral bonus as often as you successfully recommend a new service provider. There is no limit to how many times you can recommend others and receive the referral payout.
How Can I Recommend Helpling to Other Service Providers?
To recommend Helpling to others, follow these simple steps:
Open the Helpling Partner App and go to the navigation bar.
Click on "More".
In the upper section, you will find the option "Refer a friend and get 25€".
Visit this section to find your personal referral code that you can share with other service providers.
Optional: Click "Share code" to directly share the code through platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, X, or email.
Important Note:
If the "Refer a friend" option is not visible in your profile, it means the referral program is currently unavailable in your region. We recommend checking back regularly, as we may activate the referral program in your region at a later time.
Requirements for a Successful Payout
For your referral bonus to be successfully paid out, the following conditions must be met:
The referred service provider must have received at least two customer reviews with 5.0 stars.
The referred service provider must have received a total of three customer reviews with an average rating of 4.6 stars.
The referred service provider must have at least two active customers, each having completed two successful bookings.
Please note that to qualify for the referral bonus, the referred service provider must register on the Helpling platform using your referral code. If they do not use your code, we cannot verify that it was a valid recommendation, and no payout will be made.
When Will I Receive the Referral Bonus?
You will receive an email notification from Helpling once your referral has been marked as successful. The normal testing period for a new service provider is approximately one month. After this period, if all conditions are met, you will be notified and the bonus will be paid out.
