Here's the improved US version:

I cannot place an order. What should I do? If you're unable to place an order, here are some steps to try:

1. Check your payment method

  • Make sure your card details are correct and up to date.

  • Subscriptions: only credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay (Safari) are accepted.

  • One-off orders: you can also use Shop Pay.

  • Verify your card hasn't expired and you have sufficient funds.

2. Browser issues

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.

  • Try using an incognito/private window.

  • Switch to another browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) or device.

3. Address details

  • Make sure your billing and shipping addresses are entered correctly.

  • Your billing address must match your bank or payment provider's records exactly.

  • Check for typos in city, state, or ZIP code.

4. Minimum order value

  • Your order must meet the minimum order value for your region.

  • If your cart is below the minimum, add more items.

5. Account blocks

  • If you've been flagged for breaking our Terms & Conditions (such as reselling Huel products), your account may have been blocked.

  • In this case, you will not be able to place orders.

Still can't order?

If you've checked all of the above and still can't place an order:

  • Take a screenshot of any error message you're seeing.

  • Note which step is failing (payment processing, address validation, etc.).

  • Say the word and we'll connect you with a specialist who can investigate and help you complete your order.
