I cannot place an order, what should I do?

If you're unable to place a Huel order, here are some steps to try.


Step 1: Check your payment method

Make sure your card details are correct and up to date.

Payment methods accepted:

  • Huel subscriptions: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay (Safari)

  • Huel one-off orders: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay (Safari), and Shop Pay

Verify your payment details:

  • Make sure your card hasn't expired

  • Confirm you have sufficient funds available

  • Check that your card details are entered correctly


Step 2: Try clearing your browser

Browser issues can sometimes prevent Huel orders from being placed.

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies

  • Try using an incognito or private window

  • Switch to another browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) or device


Step 3: Check your address details

Make sure your Huel billing and shipping addresses are entered correctly.

  • Your billing address must match your bank or payment provider's records exactly

  • Check for typos in city, state, or ZIP code

  • Verify both your billing and shipping addresses are complete and accurate


Step 4: Check minimum order value

Your Huel order must meet the minimum order value for your region.
