The Huel Complete Protein recipe has been updated in 2026 to improve taste, texture, and overall experience — while keeping every serving nutritionally complete.

What has changed?

  • Creamier texture: Flaxseed powder has been removed and replaced with coconut milk powder for a smoother, creamier shake

  • Improved protein blend: Upgraded pea and brown rice proteins for better texture

  • Bolder flavors: Richer Chocolate Fudge Brownie, creamier Vanilla, and a punchier Strawberry

What are the nutritional changes?

  • Carbohydrates: Increase slightly (+2g for Strawberry and Vanilla flavors only)

  • Fat: Increases slightly (+1g)

  • Sodium: Decreases slightly

  • Protein and fiber: Remain the same

Every serving of the updated Huel Complete Protein remains nutritionally complete.

When does the new recipe roll out?

  • Vanilla: Mid-June 2026

  • Chocolate Fudge Brownie: Late June 2026

  • Strawberry: Mid-July 2026

Timings are estimates and may change based on demand.

How do I know if I have the new recipe?

The new version includes an updated Certified B Corp label on the back of the bag. If your bag has the updated Certified B Corp label, you have the new recipe.
