When you place a subscription order, your account shows two important dates. Understanding the difference between them can help you track when your Huel will arrive.
When will my current order arrive?
Your Huel subscription order will arrive within the standard delivery timeframe for your shipping option.
Standard shipping: Your order will arrive within 3–6 business days.
Priority shipping: If you placed your order before 1pm, your order will arrive within 1–2 business days.
This delivery window starts from when your order is processed and dispatched, not from the date you placed it.
What's the difference between \"renewal date\" and \"order arrival\"?
The date shown in your Huel account under \"Next delivery\" or \"Next renewal\" is not when your current order will arrive. That date tells you when your subscription will automatically cycle and process a future order.
Example: You place a subscription order today and your account shows \"Next renewal: 4 weeks from now.\" Your current order ships within 3–6 business days. The 4-week date is when your subscription will automatically charge and process your second order.
Here's the timeline
Today: You place a subscription order.
Within 3–6 business days: Your current Huel order arrives at your door.
4 weeks from now (or whenever your renewal date shows): Your subscription automatically renews and processes your next order, which will then arrive within another 3–6 business days.
How to track your current order
You'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking link. This shows you exactly when your current Huel order will arrive — not your renewal date.

You can adjust when your subscription renews by changing your delivery date in your account.

Go to My Subscriptions
Click Manage Subscription
