You can change how often your subscription renews directly in your Huel account.
Steps to change your subscription frequency
Log into your Huel account at huel.com/login
Go to My Subscriptions
Select Manage Subscription
Find the frequency option (e.g. every 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks)
Choose your preferred frequency and click Save6. Check and update the next renewal date to align with your new frequency. This ensures your subscription renews as intended.
Important to know
Changes apply from your next scheduled order — Your new frequency takes effect on your next renewal date
Get it sooner if needed — If you want your subscription sooner than the new frequency, you can use the "I need it now" option to process immediately
Each subscription has its own frequency — If you have multiple Huel subscriptions, each one can have its own delivery frequency- Troubleshooting unexpected orders — If you receive an order earlier than expected, check your subscription settings to confirm both the delivery frequency and next renewal date were updated correctly.- Changing frequency does not automatically update the next renewal date — If you want to delay or shift the next renewal, you must manually update the next order date; otherwise, an order may still process on the original schedule.
Ensure subscriptions are paused if needed — Rescheduling a subscription to a future date does not pause it; an order will still process on that date unless the subscription is explicitly paused.
