Managing your Huel subscription is simple and ensures your orders are delivered to the correct address. You can also update your subscription settings anytime through your Huel account, including changing items, delivery frequency, and shipping addresses.
Steps to update your shipping address
Log in to your Huel account at huel.com/login
Navigate to the Subscriptions section
Select Manage Subscription for the subscription you want to update
Click Edit next to your shipping address
Make the necessary changes to your address
Click Save changes to confirm the update
Your new shipping address is now saved and will apply to your next Huel subscription renewal.
After updating the address, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the subscription has been successfully updated.
To prevent future delivery issues, ensure your shipping address is always up-to-date in your Huel account. Regularly check your subscription details under My Subscriptions to confirm the accuracy of your saved address.
Important details
Address updates apply to future subscription orders only — Changes to your shipping address only apply to future Huel subscription orders, not past orders.
Changes may not apply to orders already processed — If your order has already been picked, packed, or shipped, the address update will not apply to that order.
However, you may be able to update the delivery address or preferences using the carrier’s self-service tools, such as their website or mobile app, if the order has already been shipped.
Multiple subscriptions require separate updates — If you have more than one Huel subscription, you must update the shipping address for each subscription separately.
Update an existing order that hasn't shipped yet
If your order has already been handed over to the carrier or shipped, you can update the delivery address or preferences using the carrier’s self-service tools. Check the tracking communication for instructions or use the carrier’s mobile app (e.g., the MyDPD app) to manage your shipment.
If you need to change the shipping address for an order that hasn't shipped:
Check your account to see if your order is still in processing
If the order has not shipped, an address change may still be possible
Say "talk to a human" and share your request with a Huel specialist as soon as possible
A Huel specialist will review your request and attempt to update the shipping address if the order hasn't shipped yet.
If the order has already been shipped, you can use the carrier’s self-service tools to request an address change or update delivery preferences, depending on the carrier’s policies.
