You can update the shipping address in a Huel account to ensure future orders are delivered to the correct location. This article applies to customers in the United States with an active Huel subscription (recurring order).
Steps to update the shipping address for a Huel subscription:
Log in to your Huel account: https://www.huel.com/account/login
Go to the “My Subscriptions” section.
Select “Manage Subscription” for the relevant subscription.
Click “Edit” next to the shipping address.
Enter the updated shipping address.
Click “Save” to apply the changes.
Important information about updating a Huel shipping address:
Address updates apply to future Huel subscription renewals only.
Changes may not apply to orders that have already been processed or shipped.
If multiple Huel subscriptions exist, each subscription must be updated individually.
If a shipping address needs to be updated for an existing Huel order:
Check if the order is still in processing.
If the order has not shipped, an update may still be possible.
