There are several reasons why you might not find a message that was previously sent:
"Driver profile" and "User account" are linked - If the User account is linked to a Driver profile, messages sent from the Manager app will only be visible in the User account on the Platform and the Manager app.
And, messages sent from the Driver app will only be available in the Driver profile and will not appear in the linked User's Platform or the Manager app.📘 Driver profiles and User accounts are separate for the Messaging Solution, even when linked.
Internet connection issues - Ensure that your device has a stable internet connection to synchronize messages properly.
Outdated Mobile app version - Check if you have the latest version of the app installed. If an update is available, update the app and check if the message appears.
