For a driver or mobile worker to access the Driver mobile app, a Driver Profile must already be created. Then, to give them access to the app:
Go to
Driver management → Drivers.On the list of drivers, find the driver and click on the Edit button on the right side.
Go to the "User account" tab.
Use the toggle button on the right side to enable "Access to the Driver application".
Add an email and password for the driver to log into the app.
Optionally, mark the checkbox "Send password to e-mail" if you want to send the password to the email you added above.
Click SAVE at the bottom.
The driver or field employee will then be able to download and access the mobile app with that email and password.
✅ If the employee is both a platform user and a driver, consider linking their driver profile with their user profile. This allows them to use the same email and password for both roles.
🔔 Only a platform user with the right access rights can change a driver's password if they forget it.
