The return policy allows customers to return products within 14 days from the date they receive the first package in their order. This 14-day window is strictly enforced. Any returns initiated or deliveries refused outside this period are not eligible for a refund or return. Note: If more than 14 days have passed since you received the first package, products from earlier deliveries are not eligible for return.
Returning Shipped Packages
If your first package has already shipped and you decide that you do not want it, you can still return it using the steps below:
Contact customer service.
Send the unopened products to the provided address.
Wait patiently for the refund to be issued.
Once your returned package is received and registered at the specified warehouse, the amount will be credited back to you.
