Once your returned package arrives and is registered at our warehouse, we issue your refund to your original payment method.
Refunds usually take 5–7 days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider (Riverty for invoice, Nets for card).
If it's been more than 10 days and you still can't see your refund, please get in touch via live chat or email support@goodforme.com with your order number, and we'll chase it up for you.
