How to Pause or Cancel

Whether you want to take a break or stop your deliveries entirely, we've made the process straightforward.

How your subscription works

Good For Me subscriptions are flexible with no fixed term, unless you signed up for a 12-month fixed-term plan (see below). You receive your first delivery in your initial month. After that, a follow-up shipment arrives automatically every four months, with enough product to last that period. Your first delivery may be at an introductory price; later deliveries are charged at the regular product price.

Managing your subscription instead of cancelling

On a flexible plan you can pause for up to six months (no charges while paused, and restart anytime or on a date you choose), reschedule deliveries up to six months earlier or later, and ask us about a discount, which can be combined with a pause or reschedule. These changes are handled by our team — just get in touch using the options below.

How to pause or cancel

To pause or cancel your subscription, get in touch with us in whichever way is easiest for you: start a live chat using the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of this page, or email us at support@goodforme.com.

When you reach out, please have the following ready:

  • Your email address

  • Whether you'd like to pause or cancel — and if pausing, for how long

Important Terms & Conditions

  • 14-Day Cancellation Deadline: Requests to change or cancel your subscription must be received no later than 14 days after your billing date. If we receive your request after this deadline, your next scheduled shipment will still be processed, shipped, and charged. Your cancellation or changes will take effect from the following shipment onward.

  • First Order Return Policy: We offer a 14-day unconditional right of return on your first order only.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products.

12-month fixed-term plans

If you're on a 12-month fixed-term (binding) plan, the pause option above isn't available and different terms apply. Contact us and we'll explain the options for your plan.
