  • Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)

  • Your email address

  • Whether you'd like to pause or cancel β€” and if pausing, for how long

Important Terms & Conditions

  • 14-Day Notice Period: Any changes or cancellations must be requested at least 14 days before your next scheduled delivery. Requests received after this window will apply to the following billing cycle.

  • First Order Return Policy: We offer a 14-day unconditional right of return, but please note this applies only to your first delivery.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the costs associated with returning an order.
