How Wowcher orders work
When you purchase one of our tests through Wowcher, your order is not automatically placed with GetTested.
After completing your purchase on Wowcher, you will receive an email from them containing:
A voucher code
A link to the corresponding product page on the GetTested website
To receive your test kit, you'll need to:
Open the email from Wowcher.
Click the link to the GetTested product page.
Add the product to your cart.
Proceed to checkout and enter your Wowcher voucher code to redeem the test.
Complete the checkout process.
Once you've completed these steps, your order will be placed with us and we'll begin processing and shipping your test kit.
I haven't received my test kit
If you've only completed the purchase on Wowcher but haven't redeemed your voucher on the GetTested website, we won't have received your order yet.
If you've already redeemed your voucher and completed checkout on our website but haven't received an order confirmation or shipping confirmation, please contact our support team and we'll be happy to help.
