How to add a note varies slightly depending on whether you're using a phone held in landscape or in portrait orientation:
Landscape orientation: Tap the green Plus button on the relevant day of the week
Portrait orientation: Tap the green Plus button at the bottom of your screen.
If you want to add a photo for a different day, tap on ‘Saturday’ after tapping the Plus button. This will open the day selector. Tap on the day you want to add a photo to.
Type any notes you wish to include...
Then tap on the camera icon at the top right.
Tap Add Photos, then select from photos stored on your phone.
Tap Done to save your photos to your Journal.
