Double-tap on the plant in your plan, or tap on it once then tap on the Edit button in your plan's Editing toolbar.

Scroll down and tap on 'More information & Journal history...'

Tap the arrow next to Information to view the Journal History section. All tasks and notes associated with that plant will be displayed here.

Choose a year from the drop down and tap on one of the Activity Filters (Planting, Watering, Tending, Harvesting and notes) to show only that activity.

You can also access your Journal History for a plant by tapping on the 'i' button to the left of that plant in the plant selector or in your Plant List.
