You can rotate your whole plan by 90 degrees clockwise, 90 degrees counter-clockwise, or 180 degrees. If your plan is a follow-on plan, you can also choose to apply the rotation to previous linked plans in its history.
Tap on the plan menu at the top of your plan, then choose Plan Settings from the list:
In the Units & Dimensions section, check the Show Advanced Options box:
Choose how you want to rotate the plan in the drop-down Rotation menu:
If this plan is a Follow-On Plan (it has older linked plans in its history), you have the option of applying the changes to the historical plans too.
Scroll down and tap on Save Plan Settings.
