How to update your payment details

How to update your payment / billing details in Fastspring

Click on the Account button at the bottom left of the Garden Planner dashboard.

Click on Manage Subscriptions page.

Alternatively, at the top right corner of the main Garden Planner website click on your email address, then click on Subscription.

Under Update Card Details, click the Update Card Details button or click the link to visit Fastspring's website to update your card details manually (Fastspring are our payment provider).

If you clicked the Update Card Details button, you will then see your payment method. You can edit, add or remove a payment method here.

If you opted to log in to Fastspring, you will be prompted to enter your email address. (Please note this is the email address you used to make your payment, which may be different to the email address used for your Garden Planner account.) You will then receive an email with a link to Manage your Orders.

Click on the Account Details & Payment Method tab.

Click the orange Add Payment Method button and choose your new payment method.
