There are two ways you can update your payment details: from within the Garden Planner, and on the main Garden Planner website.
Option 1: Account Settings within the Garden Planner
Open the Garden Planner then tap on the main menu at the top left.
Tap on Account.
Tap on Manage Subscriptions page.
Option 2: From the main Garden Planner website
Login to the Garden Planner site then tap on the menu icon at the top right. Tap on Your account.
Scroll down and tap on Subscription and Account Settings.
Update Your Card Details
Under Update Card Details, either tap the Update Card Details button, or tap the link to visit Fastspring's website to update your card details manually (Fastspring are our payment provider).

If you chose the Update Card Details button, you will then see your payment method. You can edit, add or remove a payment method here.

If you opted to log in to Fastspring, you will be prompted to enter your email address. (Please note this is the email address you used to make your payment, which may be different to the email address used for your Garden Planner account.) You will then receive an email with a link to Manage your Orders.
Tap on the Account Details & Payment Method tab.
Tap the orange Add Payment Method button and choose your new payment method.
