Click on a blank area of your plan (or the gray background around the planning grid) and drag using your mouse.
If you're using a touchscreen, tap then hold down your finger on the screen and drag.
If you're using a mouse or a trackpad that allows a right-click, you can right-click anywhere on your plan and drag to move it (handy if your plan is full of plants or objects).
