The green bars in your Plant List indicate recommended times for both sowing seeds outside, and transplanting indoor-sown (or purchased) seedlings outdoors. (It's a good idea to keep an eye on the weather forecast too however.)

Make sure to 'harden off' indoor-sown plants over a week or two by placing them in a sheltered position outdoors for longer periods each day to give them time to acclimatize to outdoor conditions before planting into their permanent positions.
