Configuring Statistics Access

Control which statistics users in your organization can see.

The Statistics tab in Settings lets you decide how much statistical data different users can access. This is useful for organizations where some users should only see their own performance data, rather than statistics across all cases and departments.

Only administrators, system technician and user-defined users with access to security settings can view and edit this page.

This can be configured only for users with statistics permission.

Setting the Access Type

Go to Settings > Statistics. Under Statistics access, use the Access type dropdown to choose one of three options:

  • All: Users can see statistics across the entire organization. This is the default setting for users with statistics permission.

  • Only for own departments: Users with statistics permission can only see statistics for the departments they belong to.

  • Only for own cases: Users with statistics permission can only see statistics for cases they have been given access to.

Choose the level that fits your organization's size and privacy requirements.
