The Company information tab in Settings page controls the details used for billing and platform-wide defaults. Changes here apply to your entire organization.
Only administrators, system technician and user-defined users with access to security settings can view and edit this page.
Company Information
Go to Settings > Company information. The first section shows:
Company name: The name used on invoices and in your account.
Country: The country associated with your organization.
Privacy Contact
The Privacy contact section lets you set a dedicated email address and phone number for privacy and security-related communications. This contact will automatically receive updates about data protection and security matters from Whistleblower Software. This is typically your Data Protection Officer (DPO) or a compliance contact.
Company Options
Under Company options, you can set the Default language for company and its users. This controls the language shown across the platform for all users who haven't set a personal language preference. It defaults to English.
