Managing Your Account Profile

Update your personal details, language preferences, and account password

Your account profile is where you manage the personal information tied to your login. You can update your name, title, email, phone number, and the language you receive notifications in.

These details are specific to your user account and don't affect other users in your organization.


Updating Your Personal Information

To access your profile, go to Settings and make sure you're on the My account tab. You'll see a Personal information section where you can update the following:

  • Photo: Upload a profile picture using the Change button.

  • First name and Last name: Your display name across the platform.

  • Title: Your job title or role (optional).

  • Email: The address used for login and notifications.

  • Phone number: Required if you want to receive SMS notifications.

  • Language for notifications: Choose the language in which email and SMS alerts are sent to you. This is set to English by default.

Once you've made changes, save before leaving the page.


Changing Your Password

In the same Personal information section, click Change password to update your login password.


Managing Reminders

Further down the page, you'll find a Reminders section. This shows all active reminders linked to cases across the platform. Each reminder displays the due date, the number of users it applies to, and the case it belongs to. You can edit or reassign reminders directly from this list.


Notification Options

Notifications section. You'll see a table with each notification type and three delivery channels: Email, SMS, and In system.

The available notification types are:

  • New case: Alerts you when a new report is submitted.

  • New case responses: Notifies you when a reply is added to any case.

  • New case response (assigned): Notifies you only for cases assigned to you.

  • Reminders: Sends alerts for reminders you've set on cases.

  • Deadlines approaching: Warns you as case deadlines get closer. Alerts are sent at 50%, 75%, and 90% of the deadline.

  • Receive monthly update: A monthly summary of activity across the platform.

Click on each channel on or off per notification type based on what works for you.
