Eturnity Expert doesn't load properly or looks wrong: fixing browser problems

Helps when Eturnity Expert as a whole doesn't load properly or looks wrong: log out, clear the cache, check the browser.

When these steps help

The steps in this article help when Eturnity Expert as a whole doesn't load properly or looks wrong: a page stays blank or doesn't finish loading, the layout is missing or shifted, or the display looks broken after an update.

If, on the other hand, only a button, an arrow, an entry or an option is missing on a single page, the cause is usually not the browser but a setting, your license or user role, or the project data. Logging out or clearing the cache doesn't change that. In that case, check the article about the page in question, or contact support by email at support@eturnity.com or via chat in the Help Center.

Quick Fix: Logout and Login

If Eturnity Expert doesn't load properly or looks wrong, refresh your session first:

  1. In Eturnity Expert, click your profile icon in the top-right corner

  2. Select Logout from the dropdown menu

  3. Wait for the page to redirect to the login screen

  4. Enter your credentials and log back in

  5. Check if the interface issue is resolved

This process clears temporary session data and forces a fresh connection to Eturnity's servers.
