Made a non-Eshi Return

Mistakenly returned the wrong item to Eshi.

In the unlikely event that you have returned a non-Eshi item by mistake, then please contact customer support with the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Your email address

  • The order number linked to your actual return (e.g. EHSI0000)

  • The date you returned the item

  • A description of the item you returned (including any photos)

Once we receive this information, we will begin an investigation and do our best to try to retrieve and return your item for you. We’ll, of course, do all we can to help, but unfortunately, we can not offer any guarantees.

Here are some steps to take to get in touch:

  • Open the chat widget icon located at the bottom right of this page.

  • Fill in any fields with as much detail as you can.

  • We will then find you the perfect level of support for your query, providing all the necessary information that you require.

  • Alternatively, email support@eshiunderwear.com and one of our team members will pick up your query.

Further details: Any product accidentally or incorrectly returned to Eshi will be the responsibility of the sender, not Eshi. Additionally, any fees to return this to the sender will be at their cost.
