Edit / Update Your Order

Make amends to your order via customer support.

Whilst we cannot make any guarantees, please contact our customer support as soon as possible if you are hoping to amend your order. We will do our best to amend or cancel your order before it has been processed.

Please note that if you have received a shipping confirmation email from us, we cannot make any order amendments.

Information needed:

  • Order number

  • Full Name

  • Email address

  • What changes you'd like to make (add/update/cancel items)

  • Your existing delivery address and your new delivery address (if updating)

Here are some steps to take to get in touch:

  • Open the chat widget icon located at the bottom right of this page.

  • Fill in any fields with as much detail as you can.

  • We will then find you the perfect level of support for your query, providing all the necessary information that you require.

  • Alternatively, email support@eshiunderwear.com and one of our team members will pick up your query.

Further details: Our team will request any changes submitted and will let you know if they have been successful. Should there be discrepancies in pricing, you will have to pay the difference, or we will refund you accordingly.
