Where is my package?

If you have filled out your address information in the last step of the registration and received a confirmation email we will start preparing for your shipment.

Depending on the size of the package it will either be delivered directly to your mailbox or to your local postal office. Once the package is ready for pick up you will receive a text to the phone number you used when you registered.

How long is the delivery?

The delivery time might vary depending on where you are located but for this campaign the average delivery time is x days. During the holiday season the delivery times could be longer than usual but we are working on getting your shipment to you as quick as possible.

Reclamations and returns

In case the package is not picked up from the postal office within 14 days the package goes back to the carrier in return. If you do not want the package to be sent out again to you please contact us as soon as possible so that we can inform our logistics partner. Otherwise we usually check that the right information is input for the delivery and then try to send out the package to you again.

If the product is broken upon delivery please reach out to us and if possible send photos of the product so that we can report it to our logistics partner.

You will then be sent a replacement product if there are still products in stock at the warehouse. If not we will figure out a solution together with (company).

Wrong address or phone number input

Once the package has gone out for delivery we are not able to change the address unfortunately. We recommend that you reach out to us as soon as you notice the mistake and we can always check with our logistics partner if they are able to help out.

Otherwise the package will most likely come back in return and then be shipped out again with the right information. In some cases you can also contact the shipping company directly and ask if they are able to assist.
