What Rights Do I Need?
To legally manufacture and sell physical records, you must have:
Rights to the sound recording
Rights to the composition (publishing)
Rights to any artwork, images, or design elements
This applies whether you created the content yourself or are using third-party material.
Cover Versions
If you are releasing a cover version, you must obtain the appropriate mechanical licence before manufacturing physical copies.
elasticStage does not obtain licences on your behalf.

Important
