My Order Arrived Damaged/Faulty

We’re sorry to hear that your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition.

If your vinyl or CD has arrived damaged, please follow the steps below so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Step 1: Take Clear Photos / Videos

Please take clear photos/videos of:

  • The outer packaging (including any visible damage)

  • The shipping label

  • The damaged product (vinyl, sleeve, CD, booklet, etc.)

If possible, include photos taken before opening the parcel.


Step 2: Contact Us Within 14 Days

Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • The photos listed above

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your information, we will review the case and determine the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the situation, this may include:

  • A replacement product

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund (where applicable)

We may ask for additional information if needed.


Important Information

  • Please keep all original packaging until your case has been reviewed.

  • Damage caused after delivery cannot be covered.
