Day Pass: Rules & Usage

Day Pass: Rules & Usage

1. Activation & Validity

  • Where it works: Passes are city-specific. A pass purchased in one city cannot be used in another.

  • When it starts: Your pass activates immediately upon purchase. There is no "delayed start."

2. How Minutes & Rentals Work

  • Active Minutes: Minutes are only deducted from your balance while a bike is in an active rental session.

  • Stopping the Clock: To stop the timer, you must end your rental at a designated station.

  • Note: Simply locking the bike without ending the rental will continue to consume your minutes.

  • Switching Bikes: You can switch bikes an unlimited number of times while your pass is active, as long as each previous trip is properly ended.

3. Billing & Overages

  • Standard Rates: Once your free minutes are used or the pass time expires, you will be charged at the standard "Just Ride" rate.

  • Billing Priority: "Just Ride" rates only apply if there are no other active passes on your account.

4. Vehicle Compatibility

  • Classic Bikes: All Day Passes are valid for Classic Bikes by default.

  • E-Bikes: E-bikes are excluded unless your specific pass explicitly mentions "E-bike Compatibility."
