Grant Support Access
When needing support with DepenSys, in order to allow the Support team to access your data,
you will be required to enable consent within the DepenSys platform.
To do so, navigate to the top right of the screen and click the username to show the menu,
which has the Grant Support Access option.
Click Grant Support Access and the following prompt will be displayed.
If happy to proceed, click Grant Consent to allow Support or the allowed individual to access
your data. Once consent is granted, a flag will be set against your user account, which will allow
the Support team to masquerade and access your data for 14 days.
