Simple steps to check if you have issues with your M350

  1. Battery Activation:

    • Have you ensured that the battery is activated by charging before attempting the first flight?

    • Are you experiencing any difficulties or issues during the battery activation process?

  2. Gimbal Drift Issue:

    • Have you calibrated the IMU and compass in DJI Pilot 2 to address the gimbal drift issue?

  3. No Function:

    • Have you checked if both the Intelligent Flight battery and the remote controller are activated by charging?

  4. Power-On and Start-Up Problems:

    • Have you verified that the battery has sufficient power before attempting to start the drone?

  5. SW Update Issues:

    • Did you follow the user manual instructions for firmware updates?

    • After restarting devices, did you try the firmware update again?

    • Are you paying attention to the listed situations such as unsuitable locations, obstacle detection, landing conditions, and compass/IMU interference?
