How do I know if an item is in stock?

At COPTRZ, we understand how important it is for our customers to receive their products in a timely and efficient manner. That's why we take stock availability seriously and work hard to ensure that we have the products you need in stock and ready to ship as soon as possible.

In the rare case that an item is out of stock, we'll make it clear on the product page. If you choose to purchase an item that is currently out of stock, we'll automatically put it on backorder and ship it to you as soon as it becomes available.

Some items are ordered in especially for you from one of our partner suppliers, if this is the case we will let you know!

After you place your order, we'll send you regular weekly updates on the status of your purchase, including estimated shipping times and any delays due to stock availability issues. You'll always know exactly when to expect your products to arrive.
