You'll move between hot sauna sessions and cold plunges. Rest between rounds, hydrate and take it at your own pace.

When it comes to sauna, most people do 2-3 cycles. We recommend doing a few rounds, cool off, sip some water, repeat 🧖


When talking about cold plunging, most people stay in for 10-60 seconds - think of it as espresso for your nervous system.

Whatever you do, get in, breathe deep and get out when your body says so - you are in control of your session. You can choose to stay quiet and sit in silence, or you can chat with and join the buzz - it's entirely up to you!
