I'm a Coinmetro user in the UK. Why do I need to complete an assessment to continue using Coinmetro?

So that we can be compliant with the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), you'll need to complete a short assessment by tapping on the "Action Required" button on the home page of the Coinmetro app. This is required for all Coinmetro users residing in the UK.

You might need to update your app to the latest version if you aren't seeing this option yet, or if you're seeing a "Please finish your onboarding process using Coinmetro Mobile App" on desktop, or on the Exchange or Margin pages on the app.

Completing this assessment is essential so that we can continue providing you with our services. Please note that the assessment can only be completed using the mobile app.
