You can check on the status of a withdrawal from your Coinmetro Wallet if you're using a desktop or browser, or the Assets page if you're using the Mobile app.

On Desktop or Browser

On the Mobile App

1. From the Wallets page, scroll down until you find the transaction under "My Wallets"

2. Then, click on it to find the withdrawal status.

1. Tap on the Assets icon at the bottom of the screen

2. Tap on the History symbol in the upper right-hand corner

3. Find the withdrawal and its status at the top of the page.

If You're Withdrawing to a Wallet Address or Bank Account for the First Time

The first time a withdrawal is made to a bank account or a crypto wallet address, you will receive a pop-up message and also an email where you will need to confirm the transaction. Please check your inbox/and or any Junk/Spam folders for an email with the subject "💸 Funds on the move", and click on the orange Confirm button.

Once done, you'll receive a pop-up message informing you that the transaction is confirmed.

Explorers for Crypto Withdrawals

If you have withdrawn a cryptocurrency asset from your account, and the transaction shows as sent but has not yet reached your external wallet, you can check the status of the transaction on the asset's block explorer.
