If you see a "balance on hold" message while trying to deposit, you've reached a deposit limit.
Your held funds aren't lost. They're credited to your account once the limit holding them is lifted. There are two reasons this happens. Check which one applies to you below.
You've reached your personal deposit limit
If you've set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit through your Responsible Gambling settings, anything you deposit above that amount is held until the limit is lifted.
To receive your funds, wait for the limit period to reset or remove your deposit limit.
You haven't completed Level 2 verification
Accounts that haven't completed Level 2 verification have a $2,200 lifetime deposit cap. That's a total across all your deposits, not a daily one. It applies regardless of any personal limit you've set, and takes precedence if your personal limit is higher.
To receive your funds, complete Level 2 verification, and your funds will be released to you immediately.
