Why is there a deposit limit on my account?

Learn why your deposits are limited and how to remove the cap by verifying your account.

If you see the "deposit limit in effect" or "deposit limit reached" message on the deposit screen, you have a deposit limit on your account.

There are two reasons you may be hitting a deposit limit, find out which applies to you.

You've reached your personal deposit limit

If you've set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit through your Responsible Gambling settings, deposits will be blocked once you hit that amount.

You haven't completed Level 2 verification

Accounts that haven't completed Level 2 verification have a $2,200 lifetime deposit cap. That's a total across all your deposits, not a daily one. It applies regardless of any personal limit you've set, and takes precedence if your personal limit is higher.

This cap is separate from the $2,200 daily withdrawal limit, which resets every 24 hours.
