If you believe a settled bet has been paid out incorrectly, follow these steps:
Contact Cloudbet support via live chat.
Provide the Bet ID number so we can investigate the payout.
Finding your Bet ID
To find your Bet ID for a settled sports bet:
Go to ‘My bets’ from your account menu and select ‘Full bet history’.
Select the ‘Settled bets’ tab and scroll to the payout in question.
Toggle the arrow icon to get details of the bet.
Locate Bet ID.
The customer support team can review the wager details with the Bet ID, recalculate the payout amount, and determine if an adjustment is needed.
