You can delete users that no longer exist in the user administration and transfer existing documents such as processing activities and tasks to another user.

To do this, navigate to

  • User administration

  1. A dialogue window appears using the trash can icon for the respective user or by clicking the ‘Delete’ button within a user.

  2. If you would like to specify a replacement user, you can do so now.

  3. Without a replacement user, ‘Deleted user’ will be displayed instead of the actual user.

Note

If necessary, adjust the roles and/or organisational units of the replacement user at a later date. If you replace an admin user with a standard user, for example, this will result in the loss of the admin user's authorisations.
