Creation and page 1 - General information
Fill in page 1 - General with all the data you know
This is particularly important:
Affected organisational unit
Type of enquiry (multiple selection possible)
Enquiry description
Data, e.g. received on
Page 2 - Tasks
Confirm that you have been able to verify or identify the requesting data subject
Tasks can then be assigned
The tasks are created automatically by caralegal and serve as orientation for a workflow
If necessary, download templates to fill them in the next step

Page 3 - Data
Enter the group of people to which the person making the enquiry belongs.
caralegal automatically shows you all data sources, storage locations, etc. based on the list of processing activities.
Closing the data subject request
You can mark the request as done on page 1 - General, provided there are no open tasks within the request.

AFTER setting the request to DONE, create a task on page 2 - Tasks for the relevant date and assign it to a user.
