Check the Bookboost status page

Go to status.bookboost.io to see whether Bookboost is running normally, whether an incident is open, and what has happened over the past few days, before you raise a ticket.

When something looks wrong in Bookboost, the first thing you want to know is whether it is happening to everyone or only to you. The status page at status.bookboost.io answers that in a few seconds. It is public, so you do not need to log in, and you can open it even when you cannot get into Bookboost itself.

What the status page tells you

  • An overall verdict at the top. When everything is running normally the banner reads No problems detected. If a service is down or degraded, the banner changes to reflect that.

  • A line for each service we monitor, with the uptime figure for that service over the last 60 days.

  • A log of recent incidents, showing the past few days and marking days with nothing to report as having no incidents.

  • The time the page last refreshed, shown just under the banner, so you know how current the information is.

  • A View full history link, which opens the longer incident record.

Times are shown in Central European Time.

The three services on the page

  • CRM & Guest App. The main Bookboost application you log in to at app.bookboost.io, together with the guest app your guests see. If this is down, expect trouble loading the app, saving changes, or reaching the guest-facing pages.

  • Inbox. The Unified Inbox. If this is down, expect conversations not loading, messages not sending, or the inbox not updating with new guest messages.

  • Bookboost Website. Our public website at www.bookboost.io. This one does not affect your day-to-day use of the product. It is on the page for completeness.

How to read an incident

An incident is posted as a short series of updates, newest at the top, so you can follow it as it develops. A typical incident runs through three stages:

  1. We are investigating. We have confirmed there is a problem and named what is affected. At this point we may not know the cause yet.

  2. Service restored, monitoring. The problem has stopped, and we are watching to make sure it does not come back.

  3. Resolved. The incident is closed.

For example, on 15 August 2026 we posted degraded performance on the WhatsApp channel at 12:27, restored performance at 14:36, and confirmed resolution at 19:09, all on the same day.

When the status page says everything is fine

If the page reports no problems and you are still stuck, the issue is most likely specific to your account, your setup, or your browser. Before raising a ticket, it is worth trying the following:

  1. Reload the page in Bookboost, and log out and back in.

  2. Try a different browser or a private window, which rules out an extension or a stale cached session.

  3. Check whether a colleague at your property sees the same thing. If they do not, the problem is local to you.

  4. Check whether it affects one guest or all of them. A single guest profile behaving oddly is a different problem from the whole inbox failing.

Then contact us with what you found. Telling us "the status page is green, two of us see it, it happens in Chrome and Safari" saves a round of questions and gets you an answer faster.

Common questions

Can I get an email or alert when there is an incident?

Not from the status page today. There is no subscribe option on it, so check the page when you need to know, and watch for any announcement we send separately.

The status page says there is an incident. Should I still contact support?

You do not need to report an incident that is already posted, since we are working on it and the page will be updated as it progresses. Do get in touch if you are seeing something the incident does not describe, or if you need help explaining the impact to your team.

What does the uptime percentage mean?

It is the proportion of time that service was reachable over the last 60 days. It is a rolling figure, so it changes as older days drop out of the window.

Can I share this page with my team?

Yes. The page is public and needs no login, so you can send status.bookboost.io to anyone at your property or add it to your internal shift notes.
