You can now reach your saved quick replies without leaving the message composer. In any Inbox conversation, type / to open a popover of your quick replies, keep typing to filter by name, and press Enter to drop the reply straight into your message. It works across every channel (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Web) so a high-volume reply takes a keystroke instead of a menu hunt.
How it works
Type
/to open the popover. A popover appears in the composer showing the quick replies available for the property you are working in.Filter as you type. Keep typing after the slash (
/[text]) and the list narrows in real time to match quick reply names.Navigate with the keyboard. Use the arrow keys to move through the list, Enter to insert the selected reply, and Escape to close the popover without inserting anything.
How to insert a quick reply
1. Open a conversation in your Inbox.
2. Click into the message composer.
3. Type / to open the quick reply popover.
4. Keep typing to filter the list by name, or use the arrow keys to browse.

When to use it
Answer FAQs at speed. Drop in a saved response to a common question without opening the quick reply menu.
Send a standard greeting. Insert your saved greeting in a couple of keystrokes in a busy property.
Keep up in high-volume inboxes. Cut the clicks when you are handling a lot of conversations at once.
Work the same way on every channel. Use it across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Web.
Known limitations
Insert only. You cannot create or edit quick replies from the slash command. Manage them where you normally set up quick replies, then insert them here.
Exact matches only. Search matches quick reply names as you type; typo-tolerant (fuzzy) search is not supported yet.
Common questions
Where do the quick replies come from?
They are the quick replies saved for the property you are working in. The popover is scoped to that property.
Can I create or edit a quick reply from the slash command?
Not yet. The slash command inserts existing quick replies. Create and edit them where you normally manage quick replies.
