Introduction
This article covers the room and space-related tokens available. These are organised by data category:
Room — the specific assigned room details, including name, number, floor, building number, and description
Room Type — the type of space associated with the reservation, including name, code, and description
Booked Space Type — the space type that was originally booked by the guest
Space Type to Charge — the space type that will be used for billing purposes, which may differ from the booked type in cases such as upgrades
Note: There could be some tokens that aren't available because your PMS restricts them.
