Introduction
These tokens are organised by data category:
Connector — the name and reservation ID from the external connector associated with the booking (e.g. a third-party integration)
Reservation Set Connector — the connector-level ID for group or multi-room reservation sets
Consent — the name and body text of any consent the guest has given, useful for confirmation or GDPR-related messaging
Double Opt-In — the confirmation URL for double opt-in flows, used to verify a guest's marketing consent
City Tax — the name, type, value, and description of any city tax applied to the reservation
Company — the name of the company associated with the booking, for corporate or B2B reservations
Operator — the first and last name of the Bookboost operator handling the communication
