SMS through Bookboost is delivered by our messaging partner, which covers more than 150 countries. In practice the question is rarely "is this country covered" and more often "what does this country allow", because coverage and local rules are two different things.
Check both before you build a campaign that depends on SMS.
Checking a country
The authoritative list is our partner's, not ours, so check it at the source rather than relying on a list in a help article that will go out of date.

The page shows whether SMS is available there, and what it costs.
Coverage is not the same as permission
A country can be fully covered and still restrict what a message may contain or how a sender must be registered. These rules are set by regulators and mobile operators, they change without notice, and they apply to the guest's country rather than yours.
What this means in practice:
Getting a number can take weeks in some countries. Local registration requirements sit between the request and the number.
Some countries restrict message content, including links and how the sender is identified. A message that delivers in one country can be blocked in another with identical wording.
A blocked message usually fails quietly. The campaign reports as sent, and the delivery report is where you find out.
If you are planning a send to a country you have not messaged before, ask us first. It is a five-minute question and it saves a campaign.
What this does not do
It is not a guarantee of delivery. Coverage means SMS can be sent, not that every message arrives.
It does not cover the rules of every country. Those change too often for a help article to be reliable, which is why the answer is to ask.
